Cybersecurity Questionnaire Management

Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming cybersecurity questionnaire requests using our dedicated issue‑tracking platform (careerzynith).
Extract relevant data from an extensive archive of past questionnaires to accelerate response times.
Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical details, policy references, and compliance evidence.
Draft, edit, and finalize questionnaire responses, ensuring alignment with client expectations and careerzynith security standards.
Log progress, updates, and final deliverables in careerzynith, maintaining a transparent audit trail for leadership review.
Coordinate final reviews and approvals with business leaders, legal counsel, and security architects before submission.


General Data Entry & Process Support

Perform additional data entry tasks as assigned, ranging from CRM updates to compliance documentation.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing data integrity across all systems.
Stay current with corporate training modules, certifications, and policy updates required for remote work.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
