Why This Role Matters
In today’s data‑driven world, accurate information is the backbone of risk management, compliance, and strategic decision‑making. As a Data Entry & Information Management Specialist at careerzynith, you will become a trusted guardian of critical data that fuels enterprise‑wide risk assessments, regulatory reporting, and operational excellence. Your work will directly influence how careerzynith identifies, evaluates, and mitigates risk across all business units, ensuring the company remains resilient, compliant, and ready for growth.

Role Overview
This is a full‑time, remote, temporary position based in the United States, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30. You will join the Information Management team as a subject‑matter expert (SME) focused on data entry, data quality, and analytics support for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Develop and update dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools to provide stakeholders with real‑time risk insights.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including legal, compliance, and business unit leaders—to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable reports.
Design and execute custom queries using SQL, BigQuery, and data‑prep tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) information for risk analysis.
Apply statistical techniques in R or Python to identify trends, outliers, and emerging risk areas, presenting findings in clear, narrative formats.
Support the creation of audit‑ready documentation, ensuring that all data handling processes meet regulatory standards.
Provide feedback on data‑collection processes, recommending improvements that enhance data integrity and streamline workflows.
Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, contributing ideas that refine careerzynith’s ERM framework and risk‑assessment methodologies.
Maintain meticulous records of data lineage, version control, and change logs to support audit trails and compliance reviews.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into understandable business language.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or related analytical roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and hands‑on experience with data‑visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Familiarity with cloud‑based data warehouses (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake) and data‑prep tools like Alteryx or Dataiku.
Demonstrated ability to work on compliance, legal, or risk‑management projects, understanding regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for turning raw data into compelling stories for non‑technical audiences.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience coding in Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM) concepts and familiarity with risk‑assessment tools.
Prior experience working remotely for a large, distributed organization.
Certification in data governance, compliance (e.g., CISA, CRISC), or related disciplines.
