Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data models that accurately reflect business processes and reporting needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand enterprise information requirements and translate them into scalable data architecture solutions.
Design, implement, and optimize data integration architectures, including ELT/ETL pipelines, to support near‑real‑time analytics.
Define and enforce standards for data warehousing, business intelligence, and taxonomy management across the organization.
Partner with Data Engineers to refine data models, improve pipeline performance, and ensure seamless end‑to‑end data flow.
Monitor emerging trends in data technologies and recommend enhancements that improve performance, reliability, and cost‑efficiency.
Lead technical design reviews for large‑scale data platform upgrades, acting as the primary point of contact for architectural decisions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
Participate in the creation and evolution of careerzynith’s data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Travel up to 10% of the time for on‑site business engagements, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, both domestically and internationally.


Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of four years of experience in data/analytics architecture, data engineering, or a closely related discipline.
At least one year of experience specifically in domain‑specific architecture design.
Proven track record developing cloud‑based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Demonstrated ability to influence financial decisions and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
Two or more years of experience leading or managing cross‑functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.


Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
