Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representatives. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience or qualifications required. Full training is provided to ensure your success in the role. You will work from home, supporting customers and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry

ā¢ Review data for errors and make corrections as needed

Customer Service
ā¢ Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat
ā¢ Provide friendly and professional support
ā¢ Assist customers with basic inquiries and requests
ā¢ Document interactions clearly and accurately
ā¢ Escalate issues to the appropriate team when needed
