Position Overview: Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry (Entry‑Level)
Are you detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to launch a career in equity administration? arenaflex is seeking a Remote Data Entry Consultant to support our Global Equity team. In this role, you will perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits, process equity awards, and ensure compliance with long‑term incentive plans—all from the comfort of your home. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Montana, USA, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive plans, including Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plans.
Process the issuance of PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
Review equity transaction activity—covering option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan enrollments—to ensure correct accounting, settlement, and reporting.
Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear, actionable guidance.
Support the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery processes, including enrollment activities for stock purchase plans.
Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operational improvements and strategic decision‑making.
Document and maintain equity administration policies, procedures, and related documentation in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous process enhancements.


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and a solid understanding of data flows between systems.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, software, and processes.
Customer‑service orientation and ability to build collaborative relationships across global teams.


Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with equity instruments such as stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans.
Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar).
Prior exposure to global, cross‑functional teams and multicultural work environments.
