Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing (Entry Level)
FSTONE Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing (Entry Level). You will be responsible for accurately entering and organizing data into our company's system. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but strong typing skills and attention to detail are a must. This is a remote position, allowing... you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Ā Ā Accurately and efficiently enter data into the company's system
Ā Organize and categorize data in a timely manner
Ā Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by double-checking information
Ā Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Ā Communicate effectively with the team to identify and resolve any data entry issues
Ā Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to data entry
Requirements:
Ā Ā High School Diploma or equivalent education required
Ā Proven experience in data entry, administrative or clerical work is a plus
Ā Proficient typing and computer skills, able to enter data with speed and accuracy
Ā Familiarity with data management and analysis software is a plus
Ā Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
Ā Strong time management and organizational skills
Ā Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ā Comfortable working independently and remotely
