Remote Data Entry Clerk (Pharmacy Background Required)
Overview Zane Pharmacy is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk with a pharmacy background and hands-on experience using PioneerRx software. This position supports data entry tasks for multiple pharmacy locations and ensures accuracy and confidentiality in all patient and prescription records. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities β’ Accurately enter and maintain patient and prescription data into PioneerRx β’ Verify and cross-check incoming prescription data for accuracy β’ Communicate with pharmacy staff to resolve discrepancies β’ Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA compliance standards β’ Assist with generating internal reports and handling digital filing tasks β’ Collaborate remotely with the pharmacy operations team across various locations Qualifications β’ Pharmacy experience is required (retail, LTC, or compounding preferred) β’ Proficiency in PioneerRx software is required. Only applicants with Pioneer RX experience will be considered β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy β’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting β’ Comfortable using Google Suite, Excel, or similar office tools β’ Good written and verbal communication skills β’ Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace β’ Experience with pivot tables is a plus, but not mandatory. β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
