As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce systems, working closely with merchants, stores, and other stakeholders to resolve price change-related issues and queries. Key Responsibilities Review and accurately enter price change requests received from merchant organizations into our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. Identify and rectify price change discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Understand complex promotional price changes and their impact on our systems, ensuring seamless execution. Enter store-submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records. Manage promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) to reopen Point of Sale (Pos) for invoice submission, ensuring timely processing. Review and analyze weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Assist with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and creation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Perform additional responsibilities as required, showcasing a proactive and self-motivated approach. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation. 1-2 years of related experience in data entry or a similar role, showcasing your ability to work with data and ecommerce systems. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data. Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and resolve issues. Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work. Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, or similar ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of data management best practices and data quality principles. Familiarity with retail operations and ecommerce processes, demonstrating an understanding of the industry.
