In this fully remote, freelance position, you will receive a steady stream of data‑entry assignments from a diverse set of clients. You will also verify the integrity of the entered data, ensuring it matches the original source documents.

Key Responsibilities

Transfer data from paper formats (e.g., scanned forms, handwritten notes) into electronic files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
Accurately type information into careerzynith’s proprietary web application and client‑provided database interfaces.
Perform quality checks by comparing entered data against source documents to detect and correct errors.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information in accordance with careerzynith’s data‑privacy policies.
Communicate promptly with project managers or clients to clarify ambiguous entries and resolve discrepancies.
Adhere to project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of completed data sets.

Essential Qualifications
