[Remote] Data Entry Clerk, Admin Resolution and Payment Processing - Remote

Responsibilities
⢠Submit request forms for borrowers, including name changes and status updates
⢠Document account findings and maintain detailed records of account updates
⢠Verify and validate payment details while monitoring transactions for discrepancies
⢠Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries
⢠Assist with the preparation of reports on payment processing activities and perform general office duties
Skills
⢠High School diploma or equivalent
⢠Minimum of one year of experience in general administrative work supporting accounting departments
⢠Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
⢠Must maintain excellent customer service standards
⢠Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
⢠Experience in a healthcare administration or related field
⢠Familiarity with payment processing systems or financial software
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
