Responsibilities:
Ā Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
Ā Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
Ā Maintain data integrity by conducting regular data audits and quality checks.
Ā Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Ā Assist with data cleaning and data validation tasks as needed.
Ā Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record keeping.
Ā Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and managers.
Requirements:
Ā Proficient in typing and data entry skills.
Ā High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ā Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ā Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ā Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ā Experience with data entry software or tools is a plus.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ā Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
