Position Overview: As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into various systems with high attention to detail and accuracy. You will ensure that the information is well-organized and correctly input into our databases, supporting the companys overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in various systems and databases with high accuracy.
Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Conduct regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Communicate with other departments to obtain necessary information or clarify inconsistencies.
Adhere to company data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Meet daily/weekly data entry targets as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or similar roles.
Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy).
Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
