This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills while managing multiple data entry tasks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to support our ongoing projects and initiatives. The Remote Data Entry Clerk will also assist in generating reports and ensuring data integrity across our information systems.

Responsibilities
• Accurately input and update project data in the company database.
• Maintain data entry schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers to verify and reconcile project data.
• Generate and distribute regular reports to team members and management.
• Assist in the organization and documentation of project files and records.
• Monitor and correct discrepancies or errors in data as they arise.
• Support the team in other administrative tasks as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related position, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
