Ā Handle credentialing-related activities, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
Ā Engage with various state boards and credentialing bodies to secure status updates and verifications.
Ā Guarantee the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry benchmarks.
Ā Validate information supplied by third-party entities using online databases for cross-verification.
Ā Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
Ā Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ā Proficient command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ā Capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
Ā An internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Qualifications
Ā A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role is preferred.
Ā Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
