About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing healthcare claim forms with high accuracy and efficiency, utilizing various systems and tools to complete tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry, leveraging your skills and experience to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Capture and validate complex data from healthcare claim forms, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail. Classify and index images, pre-adjudicate documents, and correct data as required. Verify data from automated data extraction tools, utilizing multiple source documents to ensure accuracy. Utilize various systems and tools to complete assigned tasks, working within established procedures and practices. Maintain high productivity standards, meeting or exceeding keystroke per hour (ksph) and words per minute (wpm) targets. Work under close supervision, adhering to quality and accuracy standards. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Typing speed of 45+ words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy rates. Experience working with VPN connections. Eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to clear necessary background checks and drug screenings. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing. Experience with data entry or a related field.
