Key Responsibilities
Ā• Execute data enrichment tasks adhering to both established and client-specific guidelines.
Ā• Conduct credentialing-related activities, which include application data entry, verification of vendors, and oversight of board certification details.
Ā• Engage in communication with state boards and credentialing authorities to secure status updates and necessary verifications.
Ā• Ensure meticulous accuracy in data management, complying with industry standards and regulations.
Ā• Perform verification and cross-referencing of data provided by external entities using online databases and additional sources.
Ā• Undertake other duties as needed to support team efficacy and operational excellence.

Required Skills
Ā• Unwavering attention to detail, demonstrating commitment to excellence and accuracy.
Ā• Proficient English communication skills, exhibiting both written and verbal capabilities.
Ā• Capacity to effectively manage credentialing-related responsibilities.

Qualifications
Ā• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service role is preferred.
Ā• Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
Ā• A reliable work-from-home setup with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
