Remote Data Entry Assistant / Part-time

Data Entry Assistant works under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists and Operations Managers; providing a high level of assistance in the distribution and dispensing of medication and other pharmaceutical related supplies.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced high volume environment.
ā¢ Data entry for new and refill orders in a timely and accurate manner based upon priority assigned.
ā¢ Comply with a process that addresses all state and federal guidelines regarding medication labeling.
ā¢ Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when performing job tasks.
ā¢ Other duties as assigned; job duties may vary depending on business needs
ā¢ Basic math and analytical skills
ā¢ Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral),
Qualifications
ā¢ High School diploma or General Education Development (GED)
ā¢ Position requires effective verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs, softwares, outstanding multi-tasking, and a team player.
ā¢ Pioneer Rx software (a plus)
ā¢ UPS Software (a plus)
Hours will be mainly between 9:00AM-6:00PM. Monday through Friday or at other times as needed.
