Role Overview
This fully remote position is designed for a self‑motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, technology‑enabled environment. You will work closely with Retail and Institutional Service Teams, fund providers, transfer agents, and internal technology groups to ensure that every trade, transfer, dividend, and corporate action is captured, validated, and reconciled accurately and on time.

Core Responsibilities

Trade & Transfer Processing: Execute end‑to‑end entry of exchange deal purchases, transfers, and redemption requests in client profiles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Corporate Action Management: Accurately process corporate action events (e.g., mergers, spin‑offs, dividend distributions) and reconcile resulting position changes.
Reconciliation & Settlement: Perform daily reconciliation of trade, dividend, and transfer activity against fund custodians, clearing houses, and internal ledgers.
Issue Identification & Resolution: Detect and troubleshoot discrepancies between careerzynith systems and external fund or transfer agent data, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Regulatory Compliance: Support regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., Rule 2340, Rule 15c3‑3) by maintaining accurate records and providing timely documentation.
Technology Validation: Participate in testing and validation of new system enhancements, providing feedback on functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
Client & Advisor Support: Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries regarding trade status, eligibility, and procedural requirements, delivering clear and courteous communication.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for workflow automation, data quality controls, and best‑practice documentation to continuously elevate operational efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on processing volumes, exception trends, and resolution timelines for management review.


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, trade processing, or financial operations within a brokerage, clearing, or asset‑management environment.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines (e.g., SEC, FINRA) to daily operational tasks.
Proficiency with industry‑standard platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar, and strong familiarity with CRM tools (careerzynith Salesforce experience a plus).
