Position Overview – Staff Data Analyst (Remote) careerzynith is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Data Analyst to become a key member of our Product Success team. In this role, you will execute daily data‑handling tasks, manage small‑ to medium‑scale projects, and deliver high‑quality analytical support that fuels business‑critical decisions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Success, the Data Governance Board, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of data‑science projects that comply with ISO and global data‑management standards. Lead the execution of daily requests for data analysis, providing both mandatory and optional data to support internal and external stakeholder inquiries. Interpret data‑service requirements, translating business needs into clear, actionable data‑science project specifications. Design, develop, and communicate data pipelines that guarantee requirements are met on time and within scope. Validate data sets for logical consistency, reformat and cleanse data for downstream analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Prepare data for analytical consumption using tools such as SAS, SPSS, or equivalent statistical software, applying weighting and transformation techniques as needed. Proactively contribute ideas for process improvements and automation to enhance overall efficiency and delivery speed. Develop and share best‑practice documentation with cross‑functional partners to continuously improve data quality, availability, and operational efficiency. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably within a retail or e‑commerce environment. Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Python) and strong SQL querying skills. Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality standards, and ISO compliance.
