The role involves creating realistic U.S. employee onboarding documentation, drafting onboarding communications, and constructing JSON schemas to improve AI technology accuracy and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities
• Create realistic U.S. employee onboarding documents (PDF and Excel formats) using fictional data
• Draft professional onboarding emails or email threads aligned to each scenario
• Write JSON schemas based on provided structural guidelines
• Ensure strict consistency between documents, structured schema outputs, and ground-truth data
• Perform structured peer review of assigned tasks
• Follow detailed formatting and evaluation guidelines

Skills
• 3+ years of U.S. HR operations or employee onboarding experience
• Demonstrated experience writing JSON schemas (required)
• Prior data annotation, AI training, or structured evaluation experience
• Strong Excel proficiency and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow written guidelines
