What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Capturing and validating more complex data
Image classification and indexing
Pre-adjudicating documents and correcting data as required
Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
Utilizing various systems to work on assigned tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be able to type at least 45+ WPM with high accuracy
Proficient computer skills including MS Office and internet research
Maintain or exceed 4,000 ksph for numeric, and 2,500 ksph alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate
Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred
Experience working through VPN connection

0-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Associate in a healthcare-related service
