They are seeking a motivated Data Engineer to build scalable data systems that support operational and analytics teams in making informed decisions.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with operational and analytics teams to translate business needs into effective data solutionsArchitect and implement ETL workflows leveraging CapitalRx platforms and technologies such as Python, dbt, SQLAlchemy, Terraform, Airflow, Snowflake, and RedshiftConduct rigorous testing to ensure the flawless execution of data pipelines before production deploymentProactively identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring system reliability and data integrityProvide ongoing maintenance and support for critical data infrastructure, including 24x7 on-call availabilityResponsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncomplianceSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in Python (or Java), SQL, JSON, and XMLExpertise in data warehousing architecture techniques and familiarity with Kimball methodologyMinimum 1+ years experience with a proven track record as a Data Engineer, displaying the ability to design, implement, and maintain complex data pipelinesCapacity to analyze the company's broader data landscape and architect scalable data solutions that support growthExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with the ability to tackle and solve intricate technical challenges1+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, ideally in the healthcare or PBM sectorProficiency with Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake, coupled with 3+ years of SQL development and Python experienceCompany OverviewCapital Rx is now Judi Health!
