[Remote] Data Consultant & Delivery Leader

Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead high-visibility analytics engagements end-to-end
ā¢ Influence C-suite and Senior client stakeholders with strategic insights
ā¢ Build and grow delivery excellence across data analytics platforms and frameworks
ā¢ Champion advanced analytics, data governance, and data-driven cultures
ā¢ Lead dynamic client engagements, translating complex business problems into actionable analytics programs
ā¢ Serve as a trusted advisor to CXO and executive stakeholders, driving data-led business transformation
ā¢ Advise clients on analytics strategy, data governance, data architecture, and organizational readiness
ā¢ Elevate client confidence through thought leadership, clear articulation of value, and trust-based relationships
ā¢ Own delivery for various analytics programs, ensuring high NPS/CSAT delivery
ā¢ Guide cross-functional teams including data engineers, analytics architects, data scientists, and business analysts
ā¢ Establish and enforce best practices for methodology, quality assurance, and performance reporting
ā¢ Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators, and repeatable engagement models
ā¢ Drive point-of-view development on emerging analytics trends (AI/ML, modern data platforms, analytics automation)
ā¢ Lead intellectual capital creation: whitepapers, case studies, frameworks, and solution blueprints
ā¢ Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client forums
ā¢ Contribute to proposals, solution design, and pricing strategies
ā¢ Expand service offerings by identifying new client needs and market opportunities

ā¢ 15+ years of experience driving large-scale data strategy, analytics, and transformation engagements across industries

ā¢ Champion advanced analytics, data governance, and data-driven cultures
ā¢ Experience in data analytics, consulting, and delivery leadership roles
ā¢ Deep experience in data strategy, BI, advanced analytics, data engineering, and AI/ML initiatives
ā¢ Proven success leading complex analytics engagements with C-level engagement
ā¢ Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems: cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP), analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), and data governance technologies
ā¢ Strategic thinker with a bias for action and practical delivery excellence
ā¢ Outstanding communicator with the ability to influence, persuade, and collaborate across all levels
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing analytics teams
ā¢ Strong analytical intuition and problem-solving mindset that quickly synthesizes ambiguity into decisions
ā¢ Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid pivoting in client priorities
ā¢ Exceptional at framing value, outcomes, and ROI from analytics investments
