ZRG Careers is seeking an experienced Data Center Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles within data center environments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data center operations and excel at sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced market.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for data center roles, including technicians, engineers, operations managers, project managers, and facilities staffPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelinesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry eventsScreen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fitCoordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS)Negotiate offers and support onboarding processesTrack recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reportsStay current on data center labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance requirementsSkills3+ years of recruiting experience, must have in data recruited centers, critical infrastructure, construction, or technologyFamiliarity with data center roles such as electrical/mechanical technicians, network engineers, and facilities managersExperience using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Excellent communication and organizational skillsMust have recruitment for data center roles, including technicians, engineers, operations managers, project managers, and facilities staffExperience recruiting for large-scale or hyperscale data center projectsKnowledge of compliance, safety, and background check requirements in data center environmentsAbility to manage multiple requisitions across different locationsCompany OverviewZRG is a global talent advisory firm that is changing the way companies hire and manage talent.
