Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate Data Center stock and ensure accurate inventory levels
Coordinate shipments and manage logistics operations
Collaborate with Data Center Operations Technicians and Engineers to optimize inventory flow
Work with Procurement and Hardware Engineering to purchase new components and manage returns
Maintain accurate records and resolve questions from peer organizations
Ensure accurate billing and reconcile discrepancies with Accounts Payable
Requirements:
1+ years of logistics experience
1+ years of material forecasting experience
1+ year of experience in shipping & receiving, inventory, and warehousing practices
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience setting up and building storage facilities and layouts
Ability to deliver clear instructions and work with vendors
Experience creating and following Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs)
