This role involves managing critical infrastructure within mission-critical data center environments, supporting high-availability systems and building automation across large-scale facilities.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain critical monitoring and control systems in data center environmentsManage power infrastructure including UPS, switchgear, generators, and power distribution unitsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to cooling systems, including CRAH/CRAC units, chillers, and cooling towersImplement and support SCADA, BMS, EPMS, and automation platforms such as Ignition, WonderWare, or TridiumCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal operation of critical infrastructure systemsSkills5+ years of experience supporting critical monitoring/control systems in mission-critical environmentsData center infrastructure experience with EPMS/BMS systemsExperience with power infrastructure including UPS, ATS/STS, switchgear, and generatorsBuilding automation systems experience, including BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP protocolsBachelor engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Related Engineering fieldBenefitsFull Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!Company OverviewIDR, Inc.
