[Remote] Data Annotation Specialist

As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will be responsible for high-precision labeling of 3D retail environments and 4K video feeds, ensuring data integrity and quality for our spatial AI applications.ResponsibilitiesPerform complex 2D and 3D annotations (bounding boxes, polygons, and masks) using Encord Annotate or an equivalent toolApply image-quality best practices and maintain frame-by-frame consistency to ensure data integrity across varied retail video environmentsConduct rigorous audits and multi-level quality checks to maintain a 'Gold Standard' for our computer vision datasetsPartner with Computer Vision and Data Operations teams to refine annotation guidelines to train and review other annotators’ workSkills1 year or more in data annotation and Quality Assurance (QA)A proven track record of delivering high-quality data used to train and ship CV models with high precision and recall that generalize in the real worldDirect experience with Encord or equivalent enterprise platforms (e.g., CVAT, Labelbox, or SuperAnnotate)An exceptional ability to spot details across large video datasetsProven ability to manage a high-volume remote workload independently while meeting strict deadlinesStrong verbal and written skills to clearly document issues and collaborate with a global teamBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401kCompany OverviewAugmodo Spatial AI enables real-time tracking of products across all stores, enhancing inventory management and shopping experiences.
