[Remote] Data and Technology Systems Specialist

They are seeking a Data and Technology Systems Specialist to automate workflows, manage databases, and integrate systems to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesAutomation Development: Design, write, and maintain custom scripts (Python, Node.js, or similar) to automate company workflows, integrate software systems, and handle company processesDatabase Management: Perform routine maintenance, schema updates, and performance tuning for our internal databasesData Retrieval: Write complex SQL queries to extract actionable insights for various departments and ensure data integrity across platformsSystem Integration: Utilize APIs and code to ensure our tech stack (ERP, CRM, Project Management tools) communicates seamlesslySkills1+ years designing or managing no/low-code automations in commercial tools such as Make, Zapier, Monday, Salesforce, and equivalents1+ years of experience interacting with relational databases (SQL) and/or non-relational databases (NoSQL) as relates to BI tools, professional dashboards, and commercial applications0-1 years writing and managing back-office automations with custom scripts in a command line or using python, node.js, or equivalentsFamiliarity and/or experience with manipulating documents and data in batchExperience operating in a cloud computing platform (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc)Demonstrated understanding and respect for enterprise security as it relates to access and dataAn interest in the modernization of workstreams that often rely on legacy government technologyBenefitsFlexible schedule (because we are all human!)Generous PTO401k matching and immediate vestingMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance planProfessional Development and Health and Wellness StipendsHands-on experience building and maintaining a new AI tool, including AI models and databases.Company OverviewREAL Solutions Group offers regulatory consulting for drug supply chain, pharmacy regulation, and licensing.
