The role involves leading the design and implementation of a modern analytics platform using Microsoft Fabric to enhance enterprise reporting and data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, planning, and delivery of Microsoft Fabric-based data analytics and reporting solutionsPartner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data architecture and implementation plansOversee data platform development activities, including data integration, modeling, governance, reporting, and analytics enablementCoordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholdersDrive project timelines, risk management, stakeholder communications, and executive status reportingSupport analytics modernization initiatives and help establish best practices for data management, reporting, and self-service analyticsGuide testing, deployment, user adoption, and change management activities throughout project executionProvide strategic recommendations on Microsoft Fabric architecture, scalability, performance, and governanceSkillsDeep expertise with Microsoft FabricExperience designing and implementing enterprise data and analytics platformsData architecture and data engineering experienceAnalytics consulting experienceExperience leading or supporting large-scale data transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProject management experience within analytics or data platform programsExperience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environmentsPower BI, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or broader Microsoft data ecosystem expertiseExperience leading cross-functional analytics transformation programsBenefitsThis is a contract role and does not offer any health benefits.Company OverviewUmbrex is a global community of independent, top-tier management consultants.
