They are seeking a Data Analyst/Modeler II to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, integrate data from multiple sources, and collaborate with various teams to ensure data governance and meet reporting requirements.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports natively in Databricks, supporting multiple user views, drill-down capabilities, and segmented insightsIntegrate and model data from multiple enterprise data sources (e.g., Data Hub, operational systems, financial systems, etc.) into a unified reporting layerImplement complex business logic and transformations required to produce accurate, governed datasets for reportingAlign solutions to Databricks Lakehouse (medallion) architecture including Bronze, Silver, and Gold layersCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture teams to ensure adherence to data standards, governance, and modeling practicesPartner with Business SMEs to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements and ensure outputs meet executive and operational needsOptimize query performance and ensure scalability of dashboards across large datasetsSupport iterative development including enhancements, new views, and evolving data requirementsSkillsTypically 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform developmentDemonstrated hands-on experience working with Databricks / Spark-based data platformsProven experience delivering complex, multi-source data integration and reporting solutions in enterprise environmentsAbility to operate independently in cross-functional environments, engaging with architecture teams and business stakeholders to resolve data gaps and define logicStrong hands-on experience with Databricks (Azure/AWS) and Lakehouse architectureDeep understanding of medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) and data lifecycle managementExperience building Databricks SQL dashboards or Databricks-native reporting solutionsProficiency in Spark, PySpark, SQL, and notebook-based developmentExperience working with multiple heterogeneous data sources across the enterpriseStrong skills in data transformation, data modeling, and data pipeline designFamiliarity with data normalization, dimensional modeling, and semantic layersAbility to implement complex joins, aggregations, and business rulesProven ability to design multi-view dashboards with drill-downs and segmentationExperience delivering executive-level dashboards and operational reporting solutionsStrong understanding of data storytelling and usabilityExperience working in cross-functional teams with Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, and Business SMEsStrong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business insightsExperience working in agile or iterative delivery environmentsExperience working with integrated data domains (e.g., product, service, resource, or asset/inventory data) is strongly preferredCompany OverviewWelcome TekWissen, your premier partner in technology consulting, workforce solutions, payroll services, procurement, managed services, global capability centers, and venture capital support, specifically tailored for startups in the human capital sector.
