[Remote] Data Analyst, People Analytics

They are seeking a People Analytics Analyst who will enhance the employee life-cycle through data-driven insights and collaboration across multiple teams. The role involves building dashboards, analyzing key trends, and proposing innovative strategies to improve people programs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with HRBPs and cross-functional leaders to analyze, and present key trends across the end-to-end employee lifecycle (sourcing, hiring, engagement, performance, attrition)Assist in efforts to define, socialize, and govern a standard set of people metrics, reporting templates, and definitions to ensure a single source of truth and organizational consistency across all people data reportingHelp design, develop, and maintain reproducible and automated people analytics solutions (e.g., R Shiny dashboards) to empower the People team and leadership in building a best in class employee experienceContinuously research, evaluate, and implement emerging analytics tools, AI techniques, and innovative data visualization strategies to deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful insights to our stakeholdersMaintain security models on products built within our People Analytics platformActively contribute to the People Analytics strategy and roadmap development by providing high-impact insights on a quarterly basis for Quarterly Business ReviewsProactively propose new metrics, research areas, and innovative strategies to improve people programs and measurementSkills2+ years of relevant data analysis experience, with a proven track record of developing dashboards and communicating key insights different levels of management and non-technical audiencesProficiency in using data analysis tools (Python and/or R), along with the technical ability to navigate and implement open-source tool documentationExperience writing performant SQL queries on large data setsProven ability to drive complex projects from concept to delivery with guidance, using strong time-management and organizational skills, and effectively communicate the 'what, why, and what's next' of your analysis to influence diverse stakeholdersExperience integrating Generative AI (like Gemini) into daily analytical workflows to accelerate R/Python code development and build analytical solutionsExperience working in People/HR AnalyticsFamiliarity with cloud-native databases, preferably SnowflakeExperience with people analytics software (Visier, One Model, or similar BI tools)Experience developing scalable reporting solutions/products that are intuitive to useExperience with datasets from the following tools: Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, and/or LitmosBenefitsHealthcareDentalVisionParental leave and planningMental health benefitsA 401(k) plan and matchFlex time-off11 paid holidaysVolunteer time-offCorporate bonus planFlexible workforce model allowing fully office-based, fully remote, or hybrid workCompany OverviewNew Relic is a digital intelligence company that delivers full-stack visibility and analytics to enterprises.
