They are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support advanced data development and modernization efforts within their HR analytics environment, focusing on Oracle HCM data for enterprise reporting and analytics.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain complex SQL and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environmentsSupport HR data replication and modernization, translating legacy SQL Server logic to Oracle HCM–sourced dataDesign and implement data structures, transformations, and database objects for analytics, reporting, and downstream consumptionLeverage Oracle Analytics tools (e.g., BI Publisher) to source, validate, and interpret Oracle HCM data and reporting logicAnalyze Oracle HCM frontend functionality and backend data structures to ensure accurate data usagePartner with technical, analytics, and business stakeholders to define and validate requirements, metrics, and data logicCreate and maintain technical requirements, data documentation, including data definitions, business rules, source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and governance artifactsContribute to data quality checks, reconciliations, and cross-system issue resolution.
