[Remote] Data Analyst – Healthcare and Corporate

They are seeking a Data Analyst to join their Healthcare Business Operations team, focusing on creating dashboards and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making across multiple teams. Responsibilities • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights. • Gather and analyze data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, support, product usage, and financial systems). • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboard requirements. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs. • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and leadership decisions. • Document dashboard processes, data sources, and business rules for long-term maintainability. Skills • 1–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytics. • Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred), or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.). • Strong proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL. • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication skills — able to explain data and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders. • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and business processes. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
