About the Role
In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including performance analytics, forecasting, and data visualization. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and presenting your findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a range of tools and technologies, including Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, and Python.
Responsibilities
Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
Analyze agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and own analyses from start to finish
Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Build, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support business operations
Requirements
2+ years of quantitative experience in forecasting and analytics
Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
Proficient in Python
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent SQL skills
Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of proven experience in analytics or data science
