[Remote] Data Analyst Consultant

PeerSource is a nationwide technology recruiting firm seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to support clients with insights that influence strategic decisions. The role involves managing data workflows, designing visual dashboards, and identifying key performance indicators to inform business outcomes. Responsibilities • Partner with consultants and clients on data collection, cleaning, structuring, and analysis throughout client engagements. • Develop insights from structured and unstructured data sources, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance metrics. • Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau to support client presentations. • Define data requirements and contribute to analytical components of project documentation and proposals. • Enhance data processes and support the creation of reusable tools, templates, and best practices. • Provide analytical support and expertise for both internal teams and client-facing solutions. • Ensure analytical deliverables align with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations. • Shape tooling approaches and influence data strategy, including selection and use of platforms. Skills • 2-4 years of data analysis experience at IT consulting or managed services firms, ideally working in long-term delivery environments that have measurable outcomes. • Proficient in data modeling, relational databases, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Skilled in transforming complex findings into clear insights for non-technical audiences, including C-Suite. • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in fast-paced, ambiguous settings. • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, or related field. • Experience with Python • Experience with Power Apps • Experience with HubSpot • Experience with Monday.com Benefits • Health • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Matching retirement plan Company Overview • PeerSource is a staffing agency offering staff augmentation on contract basis, contract-to-hire and direct hire recruiting for its clients.
