FUSTIS LLC is seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support enterprise reporting initiatives by translating legacy reporting logic into modern, scalable Power BI solutions. The role involves analyzing historical reports, defining key metrics, documenting data requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data delivery. Responsibilities • Role will play a critical role in supporting enterprise reporting initiatives by translating legacy reporting logic into modern, scalable Power BI solutions. • This position is responsible for analyzing historical reports, defining key metrics, documenting data requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, high-quality data delivery. • The analyst will work closely with data engineers, architects, and Power BI developers to define requirements, validate data outputs, and resolve data quality issues. Skills • Minimum of 5 years in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role with a focus on enterprise reporting and metrics development. • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred, particularly with clinical, financial, or operational data. • Skilled in working with large, complex datasets within enterprise data environments. • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with platforms such as Azure and Databricks. • Comfortable operating in large enterprise settings, with cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as AHA and Azure DevOps for managing requirements and development workflows. • Proficient in DAX for developing calculated columns, measures, and advanced data modeling in Power BI. • Strong grasp of data governance principles and best practices for ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity. • Deep understanding of data visualization techniques, with hands-on experience designing intuitive and impactful dashboards in Power BI. • Skilled in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across diverse data sources. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support decision-making and performance improvement. • Effective stakeholder engagement and management, including requirements gathering, feedback facilitation, and solution alignment. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
