[Remote] Data Analyst

They are seeking a Data Analyst to design and maintain secure data pipelines, collaborating with various teams to deliver reliable datasets that support analytics and decision-making. Responsibilities You’ll support enterprise intelligence and data solutions by analyzing, curating, and transforming complex datasets to enable informed decision-making across a diverse federal health and readiness data ecosystem Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll help translate raw data into actionable insights, dashboards, and analytical outputs that support mission outcomes You’ll contribute to data quality efforts, assist with integration validation, and help ensure data products are reliable, usable, and aligned with operational needs across Military Health and related federal domains Performs other related duties as assigned Skills Experience analyzing large, complex datasets in enterprise or government environments Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and analytical best practices Ability to translate business or mission questions into data-driven insights Experience collaborating with engineers, data architects, and stakeholders Comfort working across multiple data sources, systems, or domains Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance Bachelor's Degree Exposure to machine learning pipelines or advanced analytics integration Prior experience supporting DHA or other federal healthcare programs Benefits Fully remote Tech & Education Stipend Comprehensive Benefits Package Company Match 401(k) plan Flexible PTO, Paid Holidays Company Overview Oddball is dedicated to digital modernization of federal citizen-centric services.
