They are seeking a Data Analyst to provide strategic data reporting and analysis for a utility client overseeing an electric vehicle incentive program, with responsibilities including dashboard creation, client engagement, and conducting analysis projects.ResponsibilitiesLeads Behavioral and Decision Sciences contribution to strategic business reviews of assigned accountsStrategically utilizes business intelligence knowledge and thorough understanding of core solutions offeringsDevelops and updates analytics dashboards of assigned accounts on an ongoing basisEmphasizes data storytelling, visualizing data into applicable insights and intuitive dashboards for client presentations and ongoing referenceIncorporates client-facing skills with strategic presentation skills to establish a credible relationship with clients and prospectsServe as day-to-day client contact for analytics questions, requests, and thought leadershipActs as a subject matter expert, presenting analytic services and insights to clients in both pre-sale and post-sale situationsPresents findings and recommendations to clients and associated partners in face-to-face meetings for client programs, emphasizing data-driven strategic insights to drive business performance, while following quality control processes as established by the Performance Analytics LeadershipConducts analyses to measure the effect of programs, campaigns, or other effortsDevelops scope for ad-hoc analyses, executing as appropriate and converting ad-hoc analyses to standard offeringsConsults other analytical resources to complete assigned client deliverables, and supports senior team members in their analysesIdentifies appropriate data sources (internal, client, 3rd party) and gathers data in an efficient and timely mannerContributes to account team conversations to support crafting of strategic recommendations to clientVisualizes and communicates findings in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical audiencesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, applied math, physics, computer science, operations research, or other quantitative program required. Additional degrees with relevant work experience will also be consideredMinimum of 2+ years of experience in serving clients in a business or marketing environmentExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with analytics dashboard tools such as Power BI and Google Data StudioExperience with relational database systems and knowledge of SQL required.
