Remote Data Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Remote Data Administrator to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems and platforms. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, update, and maintain company databases and CRM systems
• Perform regular data entry, cleansing, and quality assurance checks
• Organize and optimize digital records and filing systems
• Generate reports and export data as needed by various departments
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
• Support data migration and integration projects when required
• Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflows
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data security protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be located in the United States (U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work in the U.S)
• 6+ months of data administration, data entry, or database management experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Google Sheets
• Experience with CRM systems or database software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
• Typing speed of 55+ WPM recommended
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
