They are seeking a Senior D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant to collaborate with customers, analyze their business processes, and provide expert guidance to achieve their supply chain objectives.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needsCollaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvementsProvides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionalityResponsible for following Argano Agile Implementation methodology; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects, reuses all standard templates and project artifacts and improves quality of Argano documentation assetsFully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (LCS, BPM, VSTS, Task guides, PowerApps, Office 365, etc.)Provides ongoing input into the delivery practice through suggestions and implementation of practice improvementsResponsible for documenting the business requirements, which expresses what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expectedResponsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirementsIf modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application, the Senior Consultant facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development processResponsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics applicationPlans and oversees the execution of the Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Project Increments (PIs), and User Acceptance Testing (UATs) in collaboration with the project manager and gathers early user feedback on the solution from key customer stakeholders. Validates that the solution will satisfy the customer’s requirements after a POC or UATParticipates in providing structured support to Argano customers, including support portal monitoring when required, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases according to SLAResponsible for contributing valuable assets into Argano Knowledge base, Implementation methodology toolbox and in marketing activities including blogging and sharing knowledge articlesHas deep industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing Microsoft Dynamics and Vertical applicationsOversee and direct multiple T&L projectsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fieldProven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectivesProven ability to successfully implement D365F&SC T&L modules, including: Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Inventory Management, and Product Information ManagementProven ability to successfully implement D365F&SC WMS moduleProven ability to implement solutions for various Supply Chain and Operations processes including: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Quote to Order, Configure and Release Products, Pick to Ship, Sales and Purchase returnsKey experience with common T&L scenarios and solutions for pricing, vendor and customer rebates, and workflowsProven ability to train others and mentor both Senior and Junior consultants in Trade and Logistics process design and implementationProven ability to lead client SME teamsProven experience working with companies ranging from Distribution, manufacturing, and financial services industriesExperience in Azure DevOpsExperience writing and reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs)General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organization skills, with strong attention to detailHighly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activitiesAbility to travel up to 50%Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction10+ implementations in Dynamics AX and D365F&SC5+ years experience Supply Chain, and WMS modules of D365F&SC3+ years working primarily for supply chain operations is a nice to haveAbility to ‘get things done' across the breadth of the organizationExperience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zonesExperience with Data migration using the Data management framework in Dynamics 365Company OverviewArgano is a next-generation business and technology services provider that builds digital foundations that help businesses run better.
