[Remote] D365 Functional Consultant (Operations & Supply Chain)

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Operations & Supply Chain to join the Highlander programme delivery team. The role is hands-on and delivery focused, supporting manufacturing sites across Mexico and the USA, with responsibilities including configuration and support for D365 modules, delivering functional support in core SCM areas, and collaborating with various teams for solution alignment.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, optimize, and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules across Operations and Supply Chain within a manufacturing environmentDeliver functional support across core SCM areas, including Production Control, Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, Warehousing, and Advanced WMSCreate high‑quality functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration guides, test scripts, and process notesSupport all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system testing, UAT, training activities, cutover planning, go‑live execution, and post‑go‑live hypercareCollaborate closely with Global Process Owners, site subject‑matter experts (SMEs), data teams, and technical development teams to ensure end‑to‑end solution alignmentProvide both on-site and remote support to manufacturing locations, ensuring smooth operational continuity and resolving D365-related issues promptlySkillsProven experience working as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant within Operations and Supply ChainStrong background in manufacturing environments, either process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, or bothHands-on involvement in at least one full D365 F&O implementation lifecycle, from design through to go-live and hypercareSolid functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including production, inventory, procurement, planning, and warehousingDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and process documentationExperience supporting or collaborating with manufacturing sites in Mexico and/or the USAIn-depth knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management (Advanced WMS) in D365 F&OPrevious experience working alongside or coordinating with System Integrators (SIs) during ERP implementationsMicrosoft D365 certifications, particularly in Supply Chain Management or related modulesFluent SpanishCompany OverviewMorgan Advanced Materials is a thermal management solutions company that provides engineering, design, and installation services.
