[Remote] D365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant

In this role, you will work as part of implementation teams to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes and mentor newer consultants on implementation processes.ResponsibilitiesWork as part of implementation teams ranging for 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP ProjectsWork directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, & Fixed AssetsWork collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementationActively drive requirements, analysis, design, & testing phases of implementation for Supply Chain workflowMentor newer consultants on implementation process & solution designStay current on D365 F&O functional capabilities to implement feature/functions on client projectsUtilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, & standard tools to deliver project workSkillsAssociates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent work experience5+ years financial implementation experience in ERP system with 2+ years in D365 F&O implementationsHands-on experience in the Manufacturing and/or Distribution industry4+ full lifecycle implementations25-50% travel may be requiredUS Citizen or Green Card HolderAreas of concentration desired include: GL, AR, AP, FA, Manufacturing & Distribution Costing, ProjectsValues driven – You embody and model absolute integrity and servant leadership and you have a bias for action and continuous innovationUncompromising problem solver – You see opportunities in every business challenge and can develop, articulate and implement solutionsCollaboration – You are a relationship builder across all levels of the organization and across all business unitsInstills trust – You do what you say, without ego, and you follow through on commitments consistently and crediblyImpact & influence – You are relentlessly focused on making a difference and can gain support for ideas, proposals and solutions.
