[Remote] D365 FO Finance Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Marconi Associates is seeking a Senior Finance Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end D365 Finance engagements. The role involves leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, acting as a trusted adviser to finance leaders, and delivering functional expertise across various finance modules.ResponsibilitiesLeading full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations and upgrade projectsActing as a trusted adviser to finance leaders and executive stakeholders (CFO and down)Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable D365 Finance solutionsFacilitating workshops, business process reviews, and solution design sessionsDelivering functional expertise across finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets , Budgeting, Project Accounting , Cash & Bank Management, and Landed CostManaging solution configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activitiesSupporting multi-company and multi-currency implementations within complex enterprise environmentsSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related disciplineApproximately 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and OperationsStrong functional knowledge across core finance and accounting processesExperience leading multiple D365 Finance implementations, enhancements, or transformation programmesBackground in consulting, or previous experience in positions such as Finance Director, Controller, ERP Manager, or similarFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform solutions, Power BI, and integrated third-party applicationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership teamsAbility to work effectively within remote and geographically dispersed teamsWillingness to travel 10-20%Company OverviewMarconi Associates is a staffing and recruiting agency that provides human resource, acquisition and strategy services.
