This role involves working with a diverse client base in the Distribution and Manufacturing industries, focusing on implementing core D365 Finance modules and ensuring client success through strategic leadership and user enablement.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable system solutionsConfigure and implement core D365 Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash & BankProduce high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDDs) to bridge the gap between business and technical teamsLead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test script creation, execution, and issue resolutionDeliver post-go-live training, provide hypercare support, and drive continuous system improvements to ensure long-term client successSkillsProven experience as a Senior Consultant delivering end-to-end D365 F&O or Dynamics AX implementationsStrong client-facing skills, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gatheringWork Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holderCompany OverviewJackson James is a niche technology talent partner, collaborating with organizations globally to find the very best candidates for both full-time positions and contract roles.
