They are seeking a Cybersecurity Training Content Developer to support their customer in Washington, DC by performing content review, development, and coordination for cybersecurity training and awareness programs.ResponsibilitiesPerform content review, content development, and coordination activities on a team operating the client’s cybersecurity training and awareness programUse Adobe Captivate and other tools to update and improve the client’s current Cybersecurity Annual training, awareness campaign, and ISSO training materialsDevelop content for new annual training, awareness campaign, ISSO training, and other security training materialsMaintain program materials to address new requirements and changes in cybersecurity policy, technology, and cultureSupport and develop content for the program’s lunch and learn training sessions and the ISSO forum/trainingApply accessibility tools and address accessibility issues prior to the publishing of training and other program materialSkillsBachelor's degree and 8 years of general work experience / 6 years relevant 'functional' experience6+ years of experience with NIST, FISMA, and Security Assessment & Authorization4+ years of experience in IT security and awareness training program requirements4+ years of experience developing training requirements and training plans4+ years of experience using SCORM for training content development4+ years of experience developing new training content, materials, and courses4+ years of experience with Adobe products including Adobe Captivate for content developmentExperience with various learning types and training delivery methodsU.S. Citizenship requiredFamiliarity with following IT security concepts, practices, and toolsFamiliarity with Federal NIST, FISMA, ISSO responsibilities, and Security Assessment & AuthorizationExperience with Cybersecurity Training development in Adobe Captivate or other similar programsBenefitsHealth/Dental/Vision401(k) matchPaid Time OffSTD/LTD/Life InsuranceReferral BonusesProfessional development reimbursementParental leaveCompany OverviewAt Tyto Athene, we help turn Data to Dominance.
