[Remote] Cyber Threat Intelligence Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EclecticIQ is seeking a self motivated Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Intern to support their Threat Intelligence Team in producing high-impact threat research. The role involves creating threat research reports, performing OSINT collection, and assisting in tracking emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Responsibilities • Support the creation of new threat research reports on APT and eCrime actors. • Perform OSINT collection across multiple platforms (e.g., Telegram channels, Dark Web forums, threat actor marketplaces, etc.). • Assist in tracking emerging phishing attacks, vulnerabilities, exploitation campaigns, and malware families. • Collect, organise, and analyse threat data to help identify patterns, TTPs, and attribution links. • Contribute to threat intelligence production and creation of detection rules • Collaborate with our analysts on ongoing investigations and research projects. Skills • Strong curiosity and passion for cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or digital investigations. • Ability to conduct structured and responsible OSINT collection. • Analytical thinking with the ability to connect dots and interpret incomplete data. • Basic understanding of threat actors, malware, or incident response concepts. • Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely. • Knowledge of malware analysis is a bonus, but not mandatory.
