They are seeking a Customer Experience Insight Consultant to support enterprise customers by providing expert guidance, delivering insights, and helping implement effective analytics strategies.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer data to uncover actionable insights that drive measurable business impactDeliver training, workshops, and enablement sessions to build customer capability and confidencePresent insights and strategic recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders with clarity and influenceDefine KPIs, measurement frameworks, and value narratives aligned to customer objectivesLead and execute instrumentation of the Glassbox console for customers, ensuring accurate, scalable, and businessâaligned data captureTranslate customer requirements into clear tagging and instrumentation plans, advising on best practices and longâterm maintainabilityUse technical knowledge (regex, HTML, and basic coding concepts) to understand customer implementations, support instrumentation decisions, and enhance analytical depthCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive cohesive, highâquality support throughout their analytics journeyBuild strong relationships across digital, product, UX, analytics, and operations teamsGuide customers on how to embed insights into their workflows, decisionâmaking processes, and operational rhythmsSupport renewal and expansion efforts by demonstrating value, identifying new use cases, and strengthening customer advocacyPartner with internal teams to ensure alignment, smooth delivery, and a unified customer experienceSkills5+ years of experience in digital experience analytics, customer insights, or related dataâdriven consulting rolesStrong understanding of the banking industry and digital experience analytics landscapeA minimum of 2 years experience of using Glassbox or similar DXA tools to analyse data, find struggles and deliver actionable insightsProven experience in utilising DXA tools to create UX optimisation reports and providing actionable optimisation recommendationsProven track record in calculating optimization ROIConfident presenter with strong storytelling and communication skillsSkilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders and crossâfunctional teamsTechnical aptitude including regex, HTML, and basic coding conceptsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAnalytical, structured, and able to distill complexity into clear narrativesComfortable engaging executives, analysts, and technical teams with equal confidenceProactive, resourceful, and able to maintain momentum in dynamic enterprise environmentsStrong collaborator who builds trust and influences without authorityStrategic thinker with a handsâon approach to insight delivery and customer enablementOperates with ownership, followâthrough, and a commitment to measurable outcomesCompany OverviewGlassbox is a digital experience analytics platform that captures, visualizes, and analyzes interactions across websites and mobile apps.
