The CX Solution Consultant serves as a strategic advisor, partnering with teams to design customer experience solutions that drive business outcomes and transform customer journeys.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales teams to understand client needs, pain points, and business objectivesDesign and present end-to-end CX solutions, including processes, and service modelsLead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations with stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into functional solution designsDevelop compelling proposals, solution architectures, and value-based narrativesSupport RFP/RFI responses with CX strategy, solution design, and cost estimatesCollaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignmentProvide thought leadership on CX trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesContribute to go-to-market strategies, solution offerings, and reusable assetsSupport transition from sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and clarity of solution intentSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years of experience in CX, consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture rolesStrong understanding of customer journey mapping, voice of customer (VoC), and CX metrics (SLA, CSAT, NPS, CES)Strong understanding and use of cost modeling tools or Workforce Management ToolsExperience with Medicaid or Commercial MCO systems and platformsExperience CX platforms (AWS, Verint, CRM solutions, etc.)Ability to translate complex concepts into clear CX business valueStrong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience supporting enterprise clients and complex solution sales cyclesExperience in digital transformation or contact center modernizationKnowledge of AI-driven CX solutions (chatbots, automation, analytics)Familiarity with Excel and Cost Modeling ToolsIndustry experience in Medicaid, healthcare, public sector, or regulated environmentsCertifications in CX platforms or frameworks (e.g., CCXP, Salesforce, etc.)BenefitsGenerous, flexible vacation policy401(k) employer matchComprehensive health benefitsEducational assistanceA variety of leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilitiesCompany OverviewGainwell Technologies is a provider of Information Technology & Services.
