Focus on creating seamless, integrated customer journey outcomes across voice and digital channels (chat, email, social, messaging)Participate in the delivery of compelling, high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that clearly illustrate the compelling business value of our platforms, showcasing integrations with core business applications (CRM, WFO, ERP)Maintain expert-level knowledge of the CCaaS competitive landscape (e.g., Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect) and effectively position Avaya’s superior differentiation and clear business advantagesSkills8+ years successful SaaS sales experience with a strong preference for expertise in CCaaS/UCaaS salesA demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding annual sales targetsExceptional communication, presentation, and whiteboarding skills, with a proven ability to lead strategic, value-focused discussions with C-level audiencesTravel as required to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales plansBachelor degree or equivalent experienceApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureMaster Degree is preferredCompany OverviewAvaya is a global leader in enterprise communications, hybrid cloud CCaaS and UC solutions for mission-critical, AI-agnostic workflows.
