dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of
contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Window PC or Laptop: Operating 10 or 11
USB Port and Headset
Hard-Wired Internet Connection (No Wifi or VPN)/ mini 30 mbps download / mini 10 mbps upload)
Memory: 12GB of Ram
Dual Monitors and webcam (Required)
